Mailed a rebate during the BF sales, but just got my check in late March! Called and they said they had a HUGE backlog. I mean, sure but 5 months? |

Well, I got the money in the rebate time. However, they don't have a rebate tracking website or it was down at the time. |

First time with an Abit in-house rebate. They seem to do their processing within their own company, but I could be wrong. Website had problems and my rebate would not show up in their tracking. Eventually wound up calling a (501) number long-distance to ask about rebate. CS rep. was helpful and friendly, did not waste time transferring and the like. Status was verified over the phone and rebate was received within the alloted time frame. Would submit again. |
