Had to raise he!! to get them to send the promised gift card, but they did send it. I like shopping at Lowe's, but don't have 100% confidence in their rebates. |

Lowe's was running a paint sale on the week of 7/4/07 in which they had rebates on paint-related products. Only the rebate form they print out at the register had to be sent in, and the check arrived within 4 weeks! Fast and for the correct amount! One or two years ago, however, this was not the case. I had to argue with a phone rep. that the amount given was not correct, but they wouldn't budge. Manager of store wouldn't care either. Hopefully, Lowes' rebates continue improving and continue the good work without regressing to their former state. |
