Bought an I/O Magic Ext HD last BF and did not receive my rebate check until Mar/Apr time-frame. I was unable to reach anyone at the rebate center to check the status and they do not e-mail you about updates or anything like that. Think the opposite of Staples Easy Rebates! |

I bought a SUPER Disk Floppy Drive from I/O magic like 20 years ago. They had a $50 rebate. I never received my rebate. I have never bought another item from them and never will. |

Every single time I sent a rebate to this company, there was a problem. "We didn't receive it", or "no record", or "invalid". I know I did them right and sent them promptly, but this was still the case. However, their service is quite good and if you resubmit your claim via fax after talking to a rep., you will get your rebate within a few weeks. But you must remember to do so or else this company will enjoy not giving you any money. |
