I've switched to this from all the paid ones and will never go back. It is fast and reliable never hangs my system when scanning or clogs up the cpu. The only negative is that the interface can use a bit of work as its not intuitive but luckily one doesn't have to do anything on it it just works. |

They deny rebates randomly

They deny rebates randomly for bogus reasons but so far one phone conversation gets them corrected. Time on return is also reasonable at about 2-3 months from the time your rebate is valid. |

They send out the rebates fast once they get validated but they may be denied for bogus reasons because they use parago which denies random rebates in the hopes no one would follow up. |

Both rebates were valid and mailed out within two months but I have heard people having difficulty validating the rebates using this service. |
